I'm based in Aarhus, Denmark, with background in Industrial Engineering and Management. My journey began by optimizing manufacturing processes with Lean tools; for instance reducing setup times by 33% and rework costs by 79%.
Today, I apply that same mindset to building cloud solutions, automating workflows, and developing data pipelines. With experience in technologies, from Python and SQL to Power Platform, Dataverse, Fabric and BigQuery, I focus on creating streamlined and data-driven solutions.

Portfolio Manager [Portugal] This role has four key activities: Portfolio Management (PM), Contract Management (CM), Databases Acquisition (DA), Digital Transformation(DT). The last one acts as a transversal element that impacts the other three activities.
  • (PM & DT) Responsible for the monthly and annual activity plan - automated with python
  • (PM & DT) Developed "Product GPS" dashboard in Looker Studio - data automated with python
  • (CM) Organized finished Public Contract and Direct award files for future audits
  • (DA) Collaborated and monitored the entire acquisition process (planning to end of contract) of databases

Professional Internship: Continuous Improvement Projects in the Quality and Innovation Department [dst group, Portugal]   • Conducted internal audits and provided lean solutions and training to ensure quality and organization
  • Monitored and reported procedures according to established specifications
  • Research and analysis of innovation projects in the post-construction: (1) analysis of causes and costs of rework and (2) development of a preventive maintenance program
Curricular Internship: Increase in productivity of an electronic choice sector in a cork industry [Amorim Cork, Portugal]   • Developed a VBA program to evaluate the impact of a new maintenance operation on productivity (Figure 1)
  • Accomplished setup time reduction by 33% and defects reduction by 16% through continuous improvement tools: SMED methodology, parallel machines scheduling and andon normalization
  • Established autonomous maintenance activities and developed standard documents to ensure optimal equipment operation and process safety without costly downtime
  • Reduced reprocessing and transportation costs of two products by 79% through machine improvement .

Workflow improvement using Lean tools in a non-profit organization [Refood 100%, Portugal]   • Collaborated with the management team and teammates to uncover new process opportunities
